Since square footage is measured around the exterior of the home changes to the elevation may slightly affect the square footage of the home, even though the inside floor plan is the same. Directions: Take I-565 to the Wall Triana exit and turn left at the light onto Madison Blvd. Go to County Line Road and turn right. Take the very 1st left on Old Hwy 20. Go about 1.5 miles and turn right at the flashing yellow light onto Segers Rd. The entrance to Olde Cobblestone is about 1/2 mile on the right. Pretty soon our directions will say "Take the County Line Road exit off I-565"!
